Dear ILAE European Chapter,
I am writing to you in relation to the 14th European Congress on Epileptology, to be held in Geneva, 5th– 9th July 2020.
Attached to this e-mail is a promotional flyer for the 14th ECE. Information on the congress sessions may be found at https://www.epilepsycongress.org/ece/programme/. We would be most grateful if you could forward the information to your colleagues and to your Chapter members if you are a secretary of your national Chapter. Please consider printing the flyer and putting it up on noticeboards or distributing it out in your department, clinic or hall etc.
The International Scientific and Organising Committee is working arduously to ensure that the best scientific programme will be on offer including a session dedicated to the WHO – Global Burden of Disease as well as other scientific sessions by the internationally-renowned faculty. The programme will also feature an excellent hands – on interactive teaching programme as well as the involvement of the ever-growing Young Epilepsy Section. The attractive programme combined with many great networking opportunities in Geneva, a city nicknamed as the largest international village in the world should ensure that all delegates have a memorable experience.
The abstract submission system will open in November and all are invited to submit their work for consideration as a poster or oral presentation. Registration for the congress will open in October.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, or require further information. I look forward to seeing many of you in Geneva.
Many thanks,
Amanda Lyons.
